Cherry Bomb Cake

Super simple!

1 16 oz. can sour cherries
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
2/3 cup lowfat soymilk or ricemilk
2 Tbs. vegan margarine

Melt margarine in 9-inch baking pan.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl with milk, then mix with margarine and brown rice syrup to create a batter.
Pour batter into a baking pan, then pour the can of cherries and juice evenly over it.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
