Peter Singer Interview Peter Singer, professor of bioethics at Princeton University, laureate professor at University of Melbourne, and author of several books (including the famous 1975 book Animal Liberation) had an interview recently in Mother Jones magazine discussing his latest book, The Way We Eat: Why Our Food Choices Matter. As usual he brings up some interesting and controversial points that will end up being discussed and debated. Here at AV we agree with him on some, but not all, of his points - but the fact is that his goal is to raise awareness and generate discussion about critical issues, and to that end he will always be successful.
