Better Crusted Beer Bread

2 1/2 cups self rising flour
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons sugar
1 bottle of beer
1/4 cup of vegan margarine, melted


Mix flour, parsley and sugar on low for 1 minute.

Add beer and continue to mix for another minute or until beer is thoroughly incorporated. Pour batter into lightly greased loaf pan.

Melt margarine. Pour on top of the batter.

Bake for 45-55 minutes at 350 degrees.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
